With bell sleeves beautifully embellished in tartan fabric on the inside and a contrasting lapel and buttons, and puplum flounce.  Lucina can be worn with the Phoebe Wisteria or pair with . This jacket is not lined.  The bust is fitted though with a little peplum.  The sleeves full length and are generously cut for an amazing fit!  Fabric has some stretch.
